By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1) Purpose & Scope
This AUP governs your use of the Site, forms, downloads, email/newsletter features, and any other online functionality CCS makes available. Project-specific systems or portals (if any) may be subject to additional terms provided separately.
2) General Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the Site lawfully, responsibly, and only for legitimate purposes.
Provide accurate information in all forms and communications.
Maintain the security of your devices and connections when accessing the Site.
Respect the rights and privacy of others.
3) Prohibited Activities
You may not do any of the following:
Unlawful or harmful activity
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or submit false claims or documentation.
Infringe intellectual property or proprietary rights (copyright, trademark, trade secret).
Security violations
Attempt unauthorized access, scan, probe, or test the vulnerability of the Site or related systems.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or authentication measures.
Introduce malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt or damage systems.
Network & service abuse
Interfere with Site availability (e.g., DDoS, flooding, overloading, mail-bombing).
Use bots or scraping tools to harvest data without our written consent.
Use automated means to create submissions or accounts (if accounts are enabled).
Improper content & conduct
Post or transmit defamatory, obscene, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful content.
Upload confidential information of third parties without authorization.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with CCS or any third party.
Spam & unsolicited communications
Send or facilitate unsolicited or bulk communications using CCS systems or references.
Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of content.
Data misuse
Collect, process, or disclose personal data obtained through the Site in violation of our Privacy Policy or applicable law.
Use any data from the Site to build marketing lists without consent.
4) Email, Forms, and File Submissions
Use email/newsletter features only for communications you request or consent to.
Do not upload files that contain malware, unlawful content, or third-party confidential information without authorization.
For careers or project inquiries, submit only accurate and relevant information.
We may use anti-spam and bot detection tools (e.g., reCAPTCHA); use of such tools is subject to the provider’s terms.
5) Copyright & Intellectual Property
Do not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.

6) Privacy & Cookies
Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Site, you consent to our data practices as described there.
7) Monitoring & Enforcement
We may monitor, investigate, and log activity to protect the Site, comply with law, and enforce this AUP.
We may suspend or terminate access, remove or block content, and cooperate with law enforcement if we suspect violations.
We may exercise these rights at our sole discretion, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.
8) Reporting Violations
Report suspected violations or security issues to admin@caribcontract.com with: (a) a description of the conduct; (b) relevant URLs, screenshots, or headers; and (c) your contact information.
9) Changes to This AUP
We may update this AUP from time to time. The Last Updated date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
10) Governing Law
This AUP is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. You agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, unless otherwise agreed in a written contract.
