4) What industries do you specialize in?

Public sector (municipal/education), pharmaceutical and regulated facilities, industrial/commercial, and sports & recreation.

5) How do you manage safety and compliance?

6) What project delivery methods and tools do you use?

Disciplined delivery with Procore (documents, QA/QC, photos, RFIs, closeout) and Sage (cost control). We blend Waterfall (sequential scopes) and Agile (fast-moving maintenance) depending on risk and scope.

7) Can you work in occupied facilities?

Yes. We phase work, implement isolation and dust/odor/noise controls, coordinate access, and schedule after-hours/weekend windows to minimize disruption.

8) Do you handle permitting and inspections?

We coordinate permitting, schedule inspections, and provide required submittals and documentation.

9) How do you price projects?

We offer lump sum, unit price, and time-and-materials as appropriate. Pricing considers scope, schedule, site conditions, materials/labor, and compliance requirements.

10) What’s your typical timeline?

Timelines vary by scope, permitting, lead times, and weather. We provide a baseline schedule with milestones and update it through Procore.

11) How do change orders work?

We identify scope changes, price them transparently (labor, materials, equipment, overhead), and obtain written approval before proceeding—tracked in Sage/Procore.

12) What warranties do you provide?

Manufacturer and workmanship warranties per specification. For roofing/waterproofing, we align details and QA logs to meet warranty requirements.

13) Do you offer maintenance after construction?

Yes—preventive maintenance programs, SLAs, and on-call repairs with photo-verified reports.

14) Can you assist with budgets and value engineering?

Absolutely. We provide options matrices (e.g., recover vs. tear-off, materials, phasing) to hit budget and performance targets.

15) How do you ensure quality?

Submittals and mockups, hold points, field checklists, photo documentation, testing (density, cylinders/cores, IR scans as applicable), and client walk-throughs.

16) Do you self-perform or subcontract?

Both. We self-perform select scopes and manage qualified, vetted subcontractors. All partners must meet CCS safety, quality, and insurance standards.

17) What documentation do owners receive?

Procore logs, daily reports, inspection records, testing results, as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, and closeout packets suitable for audits.

20) What information helps you quote faster?

Location, drawings/specs (if any), photos, target schedule, access/operations constraints, and any compliance or warranty requirements.
