Caribbean Contracting Services LLC (“CCS,” “we,” “our”) will use the information you submit—including your résumé/CV, contact details, work history, and any attachments—to evaluate your candidacy, communicate with you about roles, and, if applicable, move forward in the recruiting process. Information you provide in this form and uploads (résumé/CV, cover letter, licenses/certifications, portfolio, references). Please do not include sensitive data not required for hiring (e.g., social security numbers, financial account numbers, health/medical details beyond job-related accommodations). We process your data to assess qualifications, schedule interviews, verify credentials, and manage recruiting. We may share it with authorized CCS personnel, service providers (e.g., applicant tracking, email, document storage), and, when legally required, regulators or law enforcement. We do not sell personal information. CCS may retain application records for up to 24 months (or longer if required by law or to defend legal claims). If you are hired, your information may become part of your personnel file and retained per our retention schedule. To access, correct, or request deletion of your application data, contact admin@caribcontract.com with “Privacy Request” and your name and the email you used to apply. We will verify your identity and respond as required by law. You affirm the information you provide is true, complete, and not misleading. You authorize CCS to contact references and former employers you identify to verify job-related information (where lawful). Misrepresentation or omission may result in disqualification or termination of consideration. Submission of this form does not create a job offer or employment contract.
